Exciting Changes Ahead for SSG Insight: Same Great Agility, Now as Part of Aptean

At SSG Insight, we’ve always been committed to delivering smart CMMS/EAM solutions that empower businesses worldwide to work smarter, not harder. Now, as part of our integration with Aptean, we’re thrilled to share some updates that reflect this exciting new chapter while reaffirming our commitment to delivering the solutions you know and trust.

Email Updates
From February, we’ll be transitioning from @ssginsight.com emails to @aptean.com emails. This is part of our journey to centralize communications under Aptean and ensure a more seamless and streamlined experience for all our customers, partners, and suppliers.  Don’t worry—our old @ssginsight.com emails will remain active for now, so nothing will be lost during the transition. However, we kindly encourage you to whitelist @aptean.com to avoid missing any important updates.

Branding Updates
You’ll also notice our branding evolving to reflect our connection with Aptean:

• Agility from Aptean: Highlighting the trusted maintenance and asset management software you rely on, now strengthened by Aptean’s global expertise and resources. Rest assured, the dedicated SSG Insight team continues to provide the exceptional support you’ve always experienced.
• SSG Insight from Aptean: Reflecting our integration into Aptean while continuing to deliver the innovative solutions and services we’re known for.

While our branding may look a little different, our Agility solution remains the same dependable product trusted by customers worldwide.

Support Portal Launch
In November, we launched our new support portal to make it easier than ever to access resources, log issues, and get help.  If you haven’t signed up yet, it’s quick and easy to get started—simply contact us, and we’ll set you up with a login. Please note that our old support email is no longer in use, so for all queries, use apteanagilitysupport@ssginsight.com.

Joining Forces with Aptean
One of the most exciting parts of this transition is joining the Aptean family. This integration allows us to collaborate with Aptean colleagues across the globe, drawing on their vast expertise and resources to enhance the services and solutions we provide to you.
