We are delighted to be hosting another EMEA Customer User Day again this year, and hope to see lots of familiar faces. Our previous user days have provided a great opportunity for customers across industries to share their Agility journey and best practices.

Following the success of previous Customer User Days, we will have customer speaker sessions to provide insight into their Agility journeys. Future product innovations, a business and service update, and breakout sessions will follow the customer speaker sessions.
Based on great feedback from previous years, we will be running a series of breakout sessions covering a wide variety of topics that you will experience throughout the stages of your Agility journey. From system set-up, ownership and data, to workflow and processes; from setting these up, to how you refresh and revisit them over time. We’ll also be looking at PPMs, Helpdesk, Mobile, Inventory, and more. Plus, we’ll take a deeper dive into Reporting and Integrations. No matter what stage you are at in your Agility journey, there is something for everybody, and each session aims to support users at varying levels.
